ORDER
As per the ref.cited (1) above, UGC has issued guidelines regarding the refund of fees on cancellations of admission/ migrations of students, for the academic session 2023-24.
It is directed that a full refund of fees shall be made by Higher Education Institutions on account of all cancellations of admission/ migrations of students up to 30th September 2023 and with a deduction of not more than Rs.1,000/-, as a processing fee, up to 31 October 2023.
It is further directed that for any admission schedule extending /commencing beyond/ after 31st October 2023 , the provisions contained in the UGC notification issued in October 2018 on refund of fees and non- retention of original certificates shall apply, which is shown below:

Syndicate at its meeting held on 26.08.2023 vide item No. 2023.879*, resolved to implement the Fee refund Policy of UGC, for the academic session 2023-24, in the University as per reference cited (2) above.
Sanction has been accorded by the Vice chancellor to implement the resolution of the Syndicate, in the University vide reference cited (3) above.
Hence the UGC guidelines regarding the Fee Refund Policy for the academic session 2023-24 is implemented in the University.
