Certificate Course Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the certificate course,
x Participants will demonstrate improved leadership abilities, including effective
communication, decision-making, conflict resolution, and team management,
contributing to their professional growth and success in various roles.

Module I
Leadership Factors – Advocacy, Vision, drive. CASH- Confidence, Attention, Sincerity, Hard work.
Mastering role of leadership- Administrator, Expert, Strategist, change agentPeople person, Leader
–the team player


Module II
Managing speech, overcoming speech anxiety, listening/speakers, verbal and nonverbal
communication, body language, gestures, eye contact, voice modulation, presentation aids.

Module III
Work life balance –concept of work life balance ,outcomes, signs of imbalance-health risks,
absenteeism, health issues & burn out, stress management, goal setting, time management,
balancing personal and professional life.
